Doesn’t fit? Change your mind? We’re here to help! Request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, all items must be in original, unused condition with original tags. Custom orders, altered apparel, and other items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your order by mail: email us at information@shopzoeonline.com with your order number and the item you wish to return and we will send you return instructions, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

To return your item in store: Bring your invoice and eligible items to our Princeton store within 14 days of receipt.

VEJA's Campo Bold Suede is made from the underside of leather, sanded to give it a soft and smooth feel. It comes from farms in the Rio Grande do Sul region and is tanned in Brazil without harmful or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that meet regulations and prioritizes responsible water use during the tanning process. This suede is then coated with PFC-free water-repellent oils to shield the sneakers from light rain.
